Speaking in the opening, Mrs. Trinh Thi Thuy said that the culture is an important endogenous force of development, not only motivation for socio-economic development, but also motivation for sustainable development of the nation. Resolution No.33-NQ / TW on "Building and developing the culture and Vietnamese people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country" affirmed that the culture is the foundation of society, motivation aim of sustainable development. The culture must be placed equivalently with the economy, politics and society.
Accordingly, the corporate Culture is much more dynamic comparing with national culture, beacuse it is associated with business development in the context of international economic integration.
"To cope with fierce competition in the market, every enterprise must not only equip itself with the necessary technology, but also equip itself with a solid cultural foundation in which in order to apply factors of ethics and culture into the business activities of the enterprises. According to Editor-in-Chief of Culture Newspaper Chu Thi Thu Hang, in the context of integration, the enterprises are taking charge of economy developing mission of the country. Each enterprise must promote business ethics, entrepreneur and the corporate culture, spirit, energy and patriotism in order to develop sustainably.
Mrs.Hang said, business ethics and the corporate culture have been becoming a factor impacting all aspects of business activities of the enterprises, including many factors, from business activities management organization, enterprise’s internal and external relationships to the style of the leaders and the behavior between the members of the enterprise.
This was an opportunity for entrepreneurs, enterprises, economic and cultural experts to meet and discuss in order to continue completing socio-economic institutions and create legal basis for protecting the interests of the enterprises. Enhancing the popularity of domestic and international laws to each enterprise in order to prevent and punish unfair competition, fraud, illegal and non-cultural actions which cause harms to the enterprises..

On 26th September 2016, Prime Minister signed the Decision No. 1846 / QD-Ttg on regulating the date November 10th annual is corporate culture day of Vietnam to confirm the role, position and importance of corporate culture.
Along with the development trend of the country, the international in the implementation of the corporate culture management, from mid of 2015, VinaCert’s Board of Directors mentioned that the Party Branch leading VinaCert’s culture study and building activities.
On 04th June 2016, the Party Branch deployed VinaCert Culture to all members of the Company. This is the intellect and heart product of the Party Branch in the establishment of ethical standards, the most common behavior that each VinaCert member shares, complies and shows the identity of VinaCert and brings pride for each member of the Company.
After implementating over a year ago, VinaCert Culture has contributed to enhancing the trust of customers and the state agencies in VinaCert's activities. Thus, contributing to the sustainable development of VinaCert brand in providing scientific and technological services to stakeholders; The state agencies have trusted VinaCert as a choice its state management service, etc.
In line with the sustainable development strategy, the VinaCert Culture was amended and promulgated the second time by the Party Branch on 6th November 2017.
