View of training course
The trainees of the training course were ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system auditors, managers from organizations and enterprises: Central Veterinary Institute; National Center for Veterinary Hygiene Inspection; auditors from VinaCert and some organizations and enterprises in Hanoi, etc.
During the training course, the trainees were taught by lecturer Nguyen Huu Dzung on in - depth and enhanced contents so that they could correctly grasp the requirements of the ISO 9000 standard; Understand deeply the target of Quality Management System, content and correlation of ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004, ISO 19011 and the application of seven principles of ISO 9001: 2015 model quality management; Understand clearly the requirements of ISO 9001 and assessment methods; how to plan, prepare, implement and report quality management system assessment; “Process approach” including the ability to collect and analyze evidence, the objectivity of the exercise, and give decisions about the importance of monitoring action according to relevant assessment criteria .
At the training course, the trainees were divided into groups to do practical exercises on related situations
In parallel with the theory, the trainees have been implemented each content to better understand the requirements of the standard: Understand and apply the ISO 9001: 2015 standards and 7 principles of Quality Management system; matrix of common points of the process / diagram and matrix requirements; planning and implementation of assessment of the "Process approach" - Responsibilities and activities under the requirement of ISO 19011; preparation of evaluation list; requirement of corrective action and evaluation report; site evaluation, etc.
Through the acquisition, good application of scientific logical argument skills during the course of nearly 50 hours of lectures, discussions, practical exercises on related situations, lecturer Nguyen Huu Dzung has helped the trainees learn and add the necessary skills of an auditor/ lead auditors.
At the end of the training course, the trainees had a written exam on the relevant contents.

VinaCert is one of some rare organizations in Vietnam that has license for training auditors/lead auditors in compliance with the standards of IRCA.
