On the occasion of the Vietnam Entrepreneur’s Day, on the morning of 13 October 2017 at Hoa Sen Hall, VinaCert Headquarters (4th Floor, Generalexim Building, 130 Nguyen Duc Canh, Ha Noi), VinaCert Certification and Inspection joint stock company (VinaCert) collaborated with Accreditation Office of Conformity Assessment Capacity (AOSC) to organize a meeting on Accreditation - Certification; Launch the reading culture to all leaders and staffs of the company.
Attending the meeting had Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Tram, Director of AOSC; Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung, Chairman and Director General of VinaCert, members of VinaCert Advisory Council, experts and all leaders and staffs of 02 companies. Members of VinaCert's branches in Ho Chi Minh City; Can Tho, Da Nang and Hai Phong attended the online talk.
The meeting was attended by leaders and employees of some companies located in Generalexim building.
After the flag saluting ceremony, VinaCert song boomed with the pride of the entrepreneurs who have been working in the field of science and technology such as VinaCert and AOSC.

With the direction of entrepreneur Nguyen Huu Dzung, the dialogue and answering questions on the topic of Accreditation - Certification of Mr. Pham Ngoc Tran, Chairman of VinaCert Advisory Council, the meeting has become very deeply and meaningfully by sharing experience, precious knowledge about the recognition and certification activities.

Entrepreneur Nguyen Huu Dzung, entrepreneur Nguyen Thi Khanh Tram have given questions on the activities of recognition, certification ... to members of two companies to discuss, reply. Accordingly, Mr. Pham Ngoc Tran directly answered and clarified the concepts and meaning of these activities. The right respondents would receive a very meaningful gift: a book to encourage them to continue learning, increasing their knowledge comprehensively, showing physical symbol of the reading culture movement which would be launched throughout the company after finishing the meeting.

Along with the strong development of the information technology industry, life has been increasingly enhanced material facilities, reading culture is not the position of monopoly as before, which has been replaced by audiovisual culture. However, no matter how civilized society, reading culture is still maintained and developed in accordance with the development of society.
In order to continuously improve the quality of accreditation and certification, meeting the increasing requirements of international economic integration, each member of VinaCert and AOSC have to continue promoting self-learning through the maintenance of reading culture.

Because books are the source of knowledge, the crystallization of all the most valuable doctrines, books that record the whole of human history. Books are the teachers, the knowledge of the previous generation transferring to the next generation. The books not only record the past, reflect the present but also show the platform of the future. Thanks to the books, human has acquired all the knowledge accumulated during the long history.
This is also the content of reading culture launched by Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung, representative of the Organizing Committee sending to all leaders and employees of 02 companies.
At the meeting, the Organizing Committee also announced that on date annual October 13 is the AOSC’s traditional Day.

On September 20, 2004, Prime Minister Phan Van Khai signed the Decision No. 990 / QD-TTg dated October 13, 2004 as the "Vietnam entrepreneurs Day".
