In these days, the VinaCert audit team led by Mr. Phan Hoang Luat arrived at the branch factory of Phong Son at Binh Duong, performed the second step - certification audit of the food safety management system of the honey preliminary processing factory. Earlier, VinaCert had audited the first step in January of 2015.
Welcoming and cooperating with the VinaCert audit team, from Phong Son Co., Ltd, there were Mr. Ho Van Tinh – Deputy director, and representatives of Food safety and other relevant departments, including Quality Management department, Manufacturing department, and Laboratory.

Right after the meeting of conducting the content and plant of the audit based on ISO 22000:2005, 5603:2008 HACCP Vietnamese standards and Circular 28/2012/TT-BKHCN, the VinaCert audit team performed steps of the audit procedure to identify the conformity of the food safety management of the honey preliminary processing facility.

After two days of concentration, serious working spirit, responsibility and high intensity, the VinaCert audit team had solved a massive workload. The result shows that: The food safety policy of Phong Son assures requirements of ISO 22000:2005/HACCP, expresses the commitment of the company top management for the food safety assurance activity meeting the current legal requirements.
