Accordingly, representative of JAS-ANZ introduced a number of regulations for new standards, regulations and policies will be issued, mandated to apply for the scopes are accredited by certification bodies. Certification bodies will carry out their own the transfer of accreditation basing on the assessment of natural changes and organizational hazards that may be occurred, then transfer those requirements to the document system, to be completed and signed applicable statement and sent to JAS-ANZ.
Normally, JAS ANZ does not require a direct assessment for this transfer, however, if the accredited organization fails to comply fully with the published programs specified in the requirements of the standard/ The rules of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), therefore, self-published program is wrong and JAS-ANZ may suspend the accreditation of the certification body.
According to Mrs. Kathryn Lockyer, Director General of Servces of JAS-ANZ, presently, the JAS-ANZ accreditation policy is being reviewed and will be issued soon. Some of the changes in the JAS-ANZ Accreditation Policy are the transfer of accreditation regulations; the self-proclaimed transfer of the certification organization; suspension costs, restoration validation, ...
On the "self-proclaimed" regulation, demand for evidence of the self-proclaimed is the updated documentation system demonstrating that the accredited organization is able to manage their certification process. JAS-ANZ will assess basing on the self-published documents, if requirements are satisfied, it will be included in the scope of accreditation for that organization. Regarding the fees, JAS-ANZ will amend the fees as follows: Cancellation fee including but not limited to: Incurred costs or charges; calculated cost according to time of cancellation; translation costs; cross-border recognition costs, etc. The frequency and content of surveillance assessments are not subject to change and maintained by JAS-ANZ every 6 months. JAS-ANZ organization introducing some of mandatory documents of International Accreditation forum (IAF)
The JAS-ANZ accreditation policy has also been improved and added to some of the mandatory documents which are required by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF): IAF MD16: 2015; IAF MD17: 2015 (effective 7th January 2018); IAF MD23:2018 (effective 8 th May 2019) ... to conform with the introduction of the ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System - Requirements with the manual. (effective from March 2018); ISO 22000: 2018 Food safety management system (currently in the final standard phase (FDIS), expected to be issued in June 2018), etc.
The changes in the JAS-ANZ accreditation policy have been also received a lot of comments and contributions of delegates.

Since the beginning of 2015, VinaCert has been recognized by JAS-ANZ, to be adequately competent according to ISO / IEC 17021: 2011, ISO / IEC 17065: 2012 and ISO / TS 22003: 2007 for management system certification services.
These are three management systems applied by VinaCert to ensure to provide certification services for quality control system, food safety management system, product certification for customers in accordance with international standards.
To maintain accreditation effectiveness with the efforts of all the leaders and staff of the company, VinaCert’s auditors periodically organize internal assessments to detect unconformity points. Implementing corrective actions, thereby continuously improving the management system, meeting the requirements of JAS-ANZ International Accreditation Organization as well as the IAF for certification activities.
This is the foundation for VinaCert to provide and help customers access certification assessment services to ensure "accuracy, reliability, timeliness, professional".
