According to the policies, guidances of above organizations, VinaCert Certification and Inspection joint stock company implement the Regulation on ISO 9001:2008 transition as follow:
1. VinaCert started to provide ISO 9001:2015 certification service on 15th November,2015. The certificate of ISO 9001:2015 would have the accrediation mark right after JAS-ANZ approves;
2. VinaCert keep providing ISO 9001:2008 certification until 14th September, 2016. After that, only ISO 9001:2015 application shall be accepted.
3. From now to 15th March 2018, VinaCert is going to apply policy of ISO 9001:2015 certification as the following:
3.1 From 15th September, 2015 to 15th March 2018, VinaCert is going to conduct both ISO 9001:2008 surveillances and ISO 9001:2015 certification audit as well; Clients who want to implement the 2015 version shall provide a new aplication for ISO 9001:2015 prior to the ISO 9001:2008 upcoming surveillance or a separate certification audit;
3.2 From now to 14th September 2016, if new conformity assessments for ISO 9001:2008 are conformity, they would only be provided certificates of 2008 version;
3.3 All aplications for ISO 9001:2008 certification which have not been proceeded by VinaCert, clients could re-provide a new aplication but for 2015 version. If not, Clause 3.2 shall be applied.

5. Aplication document for ISO 9001:2015
- Application for Quality Management System 9001:2015;
- List of Quality Management System documents following ISO 9001:2015;
- Quality Manual or document describing the role, responsibility, authority of each department and personnel, which aplicable with Clause 5.3 of ISO 9001:2015;
- Minutes of Top management review, aplicable with Clause 9.3 of ISO 9001:2015.
