ISO 22000:2005 is the international standard for food safety management system, issued by the International Standardization Organization (ISO). ISO 22000:2005 (referred to as ISO 22000) specifies the requirements for food safety management system, which ensures food safety in the food supply chain from production of raw materials to the final consumption stage. At the same time, ISO 22000 also integrates with HACCP - Hazard analysis critical control point. The international standard ISO 22000 is being applied widely in 150 countries, including Vietnam.
